I started taking this product for dry eyes when nothing else had helped including Omega 7. I used to suffer with this badly during the night. After taking BioCare's Linseed capsules for only one month at a dosage of 1 000mg three times daily I began to notice a difference. Several months later the problem had completely disappeared.
