I have been taking one sachet a day for the past 2 weeks and have definitely noticed an improvement in my energy levels. I was diagnosed with an underactive thyroid (hypothyroidism) a number of years ago and my energy levels have never been quite the same since despite repeated visits back to the GP and all blood tests (iron etc) being normal.
