I have been using OptiBac Probiotics along side Threelac as a maintenance dose to help keep my digestive system in good order. Using them together helps to keep the costs down as Threelac is expensive. However although I wouldn't risk being without my Threelac having recovered from being so ill some years ago I find as a complimentary probiotic OptiBac works well.

I ordered these probiotics after a high dosage course of antibiotics to treat a tooth infection. One unexpected benefit is they seemed to improve my bowel function. I was not aware I had any deficiencies in that department so to speak but after the probiotics my natural detox ability is working better.
