I took this supplement when I was suffering from extreme fatigue and found that it worked very well for me. I am happy now that I have transferred to Licorice Formula for adrenal support as the capsules are easier for *me*. I would recommend this though [I took it at the stated dose] as it helped kick-start my improving health regime.
