I received the Candida email and realised I needed help but was finding the decision of what to take overwhelming... I spoke with Mark Lester who said I was suffering from "brain fog" due to candida die-off and recommended taking Wild Endive to combat the die-off symptoms *before* starting an anti-candida regime; he said it would probably be about two months before I could do so. Following guidelines [4 capsules 3 times a day for 2 weeks then reducing to 3 capsules twice a day] I started to feel better within a couple of weeks and now feel up to the next challenge. This product is great it works! Extremly good anti-fungal anti-candida treatment ever available. Nothing better than this.
