I ordered this product after it being recommended by Mark Lester for my partner who suffers from tendinitis lower back pain and enlarged prostate. He started taking it about 5 weeks ago at 1/2 teaspoon once per day. It did give him a few die-off symptoms (anxiety stomach discomfort) but he persevered with it dropping the dose to 1/4 teaspoon. After only 1 week of taking this he told me he was not getting up to go to the toilet as much (he had been getting up 4 times in the night). His tennis elbow slowly started feeling better and so did his lower back.
